Launched a personal speaking discipline by committing to the 77-Day Live Video Challenge – a daily practice focused on building consistency, confidence, and authentic on-camera presence through live video.
The challenge, created by Darren LaCroix, a Certified Speaking Professional and World Champion of Public Speaking, involves delivering one live video every day for 77 consecutive days to strengthen clarity, confidence, and real-time audience connection.
After mustering courage for quite some time, January 1 felt like the perfect moment to begin. Pressing the “Go Live” button came with visible nervousness—but also with a powerful sense of commitment and growth.
Day 1 marked the beginning of a disciplined speaking journey—focused not on perfection, but on consistency, courage, and showing up.
