<p class=”p3″>Resumed the <b>77-Day Live Video Challenge</b> after a brief pause, recommitting to the daily speaking discipline with renewed clarity and determination.</p>
<p class=”p3″>The initial challenge began on January 1, 2024, and was completed for 31 consecutive days before being paused due to international travel. Upon returning, I chose to restart the challenge – honoring the spirit of the commitment rather than rushing its completion.</p>
<p class=”p3″>The challenge, created by <span class=”s1″><b>Darren LaCroix</b></span>, a Certified Speaking Professional and World Champion of Public Speaking, requires delivering one live video every day for 77 days to build consistency, confidence, and authentic audience connection.</p>
<p class=”p3″>This restart marked a deeper level of discipline – showing up not just when conditions are ideal, but with intention, resilience, and a long-term commitment to growth.</p>
