Founded Westlake Toastmasters, the first Toastmasters club at Fidelity Investments in North Texas, during a period of significant organizational and global disruption.
Launched entirely in a virtual environment, the initiative involved mobilizing members, navigating newly established online chartering processes, and collaborating closely with Toastmasters International to successfully establish the club during the early months of remote work.
In recognition of these efforts, I was honored as a Significant Top Contributor for my contributions through the Smooth Talkers Employee Resource Group (ERG), representing sustained leadership, initiative, and community impact during a challenging time.
