Invited to deliver a meditation talk and facilitate a mindfulness workshop at American Airlines as part of an employee wellness initiative supported by the Indian Employee Resource Group (ERG).
The session introduced meditation as a practical tool for stress management, focus, and emotional balance in high-performance work environments, combining guided practice with accessible insights on mindfulness.
Presented in a multicultural corporate setting alongside other ERG-led initiatives, the workshop encouraged inclusion, well-being, and self-care, offering participants simple techniques to cultivate calm, clarity, and resilience in daily life.
