Delivered an education session titled Mindful Leadership for Elevated Performance at the Spring Conference “Level Up!!” hosted by Toastmasters International District 19, serving Toastmasters communities across Iowa.
The session explored how mindfulness enhances leadership effectiveness by strengthening presence, focus, and intentional decision-making—especially in dynamic and high-responsibility roles.
Designed as an interactive and engaging experience, the workshop encouraged participants to reflect, participate, and apply mindful leadership practices to elevate communication, performance, and personal impact within their clubs and professional lives.
