first Toastmasters club at <span class=\"s1\"><b>Fidelity Investments<\/b><\/span> in North Texas, during a period of significant organizational and global disruption.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Launched entirely in a virtual environment, the initiative involved mobilizing members, navigating newly established online chartering processes, and collaborating closely with <span class=\"s1\"><b>Toastmasters International<\/b><\/span> to successfully establish the club during the early months of remote work.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">In recognition of these efforts, I was honored as a <span class=\"s1\"><b>Significant Top Contributor<\/b><\/span> for my contributions through the <span class=\"s1\"><b>Smooth Talkers<\/b><\/span> Employee Resource Group (ERG), representing
