Driven by her strong passion for Toastmasters, Bindu earned the prestigious Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) award, the highest recognition in the organization. Building on this achievement, she has passionately contributed to Toastmasters by mentoring youth through leadership programs and chartering the first-ever Toastmasters Gavel Club in her community.<\/p>

By merging her passions for public speaking and mindfulness, Bindu founded the unique club, \u2018Mindful Masters,\u2019 fostering engaging discussions about meditation and mindfulness. Bindu is a certified Yoga Teacher (RYT) with over 15 years of experience teaching yoga and meditation. Her mindfulness journey expanded further as a Certified Mindfulness Trainer (MCT), enabling her to offer impactful workshops and programs for over ten years. With a strong foundation in mindfulness and wellness, she continues to inspire individuals to achieve balance, resilience, and inner clarity.<\/p>

Having completed master\u2019s degrees in Psychology and Yoga & Spiritual Science, Bindu is now pursuing a PhD in Yoga & Spiritual Science.
